1 review of Bernadette's French Cleaners "Bernadette's Dry cleaners is a rip off - so they say a pair of pants costs $9.00 to dry clean but then they say any little mark on them is an upcharge of $3.00. Every item I took in had this "upcharge on it" - no surprise there! Because one of my shirts had a designer shirt label they said that they upcharge that - a basic shirt ended up costing over $20! More
